Delivery Options

• Guaranteed Next Day: A guaranteed next day delivery service for when you need your order urgently.
  Cost: varies according to weight.


• Express 1-2 Days*: Usually arrives next day if ordered before 3pm, although this is not guaranteed.
  Cost: £4.95 on all orders.


• Standard 1-5 Days*: For when cost is more important than speed.
  Cost: £2.95 on all orders.


• Airmail Recorded 3-5 Days* (EU): If you live in the European Union (including Republic of Ireland) please select this option. All orders are sent recorded.

All deliveries are dispatched by either Royal Mail or one of our preferred couriers (usually DHL or Yodel).

*All delivery times are estimates (excluding Guaranteed Next Day) and are based on the details provided to us by the selected carrier.

Dispatch Time

All orders received before 3pm (15:00) local time UK are dispatched same day. Orders received after 3pm will be treated, for purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) - therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Tracking

Please note that not all orders have tracking available. If your order has tracking then you may track it by logging on here. Alternatively if you do not have an account a tracking link and code will have been sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email, if applicable.

Accepting Delivery

Your order may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign and take delivery for you. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or your local collection office then a card should be put through your door stating so. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

PayPal Note

Orders paid for by PayPal-eCheque (when no funds are in your PayPal account) may not be sent until the eCheque has cleared. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
