Are you a UK company?

Yes we are a UK limited company. Formed in 2007 our company registration number is 06439289 and our VAT number is GB932554914.

Do I need to register before I can place an order?

No you do not need to register before placing an order. However, it only requires one additional step (entering a password) in the checkout process in order to create an account.

Can I order by telephone

Yes you may order by telephone if you wish, it's always nice to speak to our customers!

When will my order be dispatched and how long will it take to arrive?

Orders received before 3pm Monday-Friday are dispatched on that day, excluding weekends and public holidays. The time it will take to arrive will depend upon your chosen delivery method, please see our Delivery Information page for more details.

Can I track my order?

The majority of our orders can not be tracked as they are sent through standard Royal Mail First and Second class post. However, our larger orders are generally sent by Recorded Signed For or courier and can be tracked.

Do you sell in BULK quantities and if so, do I receive a discount?

Yes you can buy in BULK quantities from us. The discount depends on your order size and the products you order. Please visit our Bulk Buying page for more information or if you'd rather talk to us visit our Contact Us page.

Can you source products for me that are not on your site?

Yes we can - we have suppliers all over the world and can source a unique range of products to help meet your needs.

Will I receive a VAT receipt?

Yes, by default all our order invoices have VAT shown.

I see products on your site that are not available in the UK, are they genuine?

We are commited to only selling 100% genuine products on our site. As we source well-known international brands and products from all over the world, from reputable suppliers, some products may not normally be available in the UK market.

I've found a bug on your site, what should I do?
