We at Go Tiny will always strive to give you a quality, reliable and hassle free shopping experience.

However, we know that occasionally things can go wrong that are beyond any one persons control - this page is designed to help when that happens.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order contract within a period of 7 working days, beginning the day after the day that the item was delivered to you.

To be eligible to cancel your order contract, please return all items to us securely packed and unused in their original condition and packaging.

We must receive the item you wish to return to us within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day that the item was delivered to you. All items are evaluated upon return before a refund/replacement is issued.
Unless notified of delayed delivery - we will count 7 days from the longest delivery estimate of your chosen delivery option (ie. 5 days for 'Standard 1-5 Days' delivery).

As soon as we receive notice of your intent regarding your order and if applicable we receive the item/s back safely and in their original condition, we will refund or replace the relevant part of your order.

You must not under any circumstances return items to us without having previously contacted us to arrange for the return of the concerned items. We will not accept items that are returned without our prior consent.

Lost Orders

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you within the alotted delivery time (from the date of receiving the dispatch confirmation email) , please follow the relevant steps on our After Sales Support page and then Contact Us immediately.
We do not consider an item to be lost until 15 days after dispatch - however the sooner we are notified the easier it will be for us to try and trace your order.

If we are not notified within 15 days that delivery has failed we will be unable to accomodate requests for redelivery or refunds.

Exchanges

We currently only offer a refund or an exact replacement (if item is damaged) for your return, we don't offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you would like a different item, you need to return the item/s to us unused and in its original condition - you then have to request a refund and may place a new order.

How to Return

For peace of mind and protection, we insist that all items are returned to us by a Signed delivery method. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item was damaged upon delivery.
