Our Promise

Is to try our best to make sure that you have a happy and smooth shopping experience with us. We can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but, we can promise to take good care of you when it does, and quickly too!

Having good communication is essential and we want to keep it nice and simple.

If you call us - we try our best to solve the problem in one phone call. There's no holding or high rate numbers. If you email us - we aim to respond within 24 hours (it's usually less) and we'll even respond outside normal office hours.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are not completey happy with your order you may return it to us within 14 days, beginning the day after you received your order.

To be eligible for a full refund of your order all items must be returned to us unused and in there original condition and packaging.

Orders to be returned must be received within the 14 day period, beginning the day after you received your order. Unless we are notified of delayed delivery, either by yourself or the delivery agent, we will count 14 working days as being the longest delivery estimate of your chosen delivery option, see example below:

  • If you order on Tuesday 7th Febuary and select the 'Standard 1-5 Days' delivery option during checkout, your order is received before 3pm and there are no public holidays coming up the 5th working day will Tuesday 13th Febuary. The last date to return your order would therefore be 14 days from this date or Monday 26th Febuary.

All returns are evaluated upon receipt before a refund is issued.

We recommend that you do not return an order without having previously contacted us as this will create problems for booking the order back into stock and issuing your refund.

How to Return

For peace of mind and to help prevent loss, please can we insist that all items are returned to us by a signed delivery method (if an item is returned to us by a non-signed delivery method we can take no responsibility for any loss).

Exchanges

If you find you have ordered the wrong item(s) then we will try our best to accomodate an exchange. Please ensure that any item(s) to be exchanged remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Wrong Item(s) Delivered

If we make an error and dispatch the wrong item(s) to you - please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation quickly to avoid any inconvenience.

Lost Orders

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you within the time specified on your chosen delivery method (starting from the date after which you received the dispatch confirmation email), please contact us and we will attempt to track your order.

If we are not notified within 15 days that an order has failed to be delivered to you and been 'lost' we may be unable to accommodate requests for redelivery or for a refund.
