Delivery Options (UK)

• Standard UK - 3 to 5 working days - our standard delivery service. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Second Class post or a 48 - 72 hour courier service
• Express UK - 1 to 2 working days - usually arrives next day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post or a 24 hour courier service

Delivery Rates (UK)

Please find below our delivery rates for orders in the United Kingdom.

• Standard UK - flat rate £3.50
• Express UK - flate rate £5.50

Dispatch Time

All orders received before 13:00 (UK time) are usually dispatched on the same working day, however this is not guaranteed. Larger orders are sometimes booked in for courier collection on the next working day.

Orders received after 13:00 (UK time) will, for the purposes of dispatch and delivery, be treated as having been placed the following day.

Tracking Your Delivery

Not all orders have tracking available. If you have an account you can login to see the available tracking information. Alternatively you can email us with your order number/name and we will be more than happy to provide you with all the information that we can.

Accepting Delivery

Your order may require a signature upon delivery, if a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign and take delivery for you. Deliveries that require a signature will not normally be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or your local collection office then a card should be put through your door stating so.

Delivery Address

You may, when placing your order, specify a different delivery address than your billing address if that is more convenient for you.
