Delivery Options (United Kingdom)

Standard UK (3 - 5 days) - our standard delivery service. Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Second Class post or 48 - 72 hour courier.
Express UK (1 - 2 days) - usually arrives next day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post or 24 hour courier.

Standard UK - flat rate £2.95
Express UK - flate rate £4.95

Dispatch Time

All orders received before 15:00 (UK time) on a working day are dispatched on the same day, with the exception of some large orders that booked in for courier collection on the next working day.

Orders received after 15:00 (UK time) will, for the purposes of dispatch and delivery, be treated as having been placed the following day.

Tracking Your Delivery

Not all orders have tracking available. If you have an account you can login to see the available tracking information. Alternatively you can email us with your order number/name and we will be more than happy to provide you with all the information that we can.

Accepting Delivery

Your order may require a signature upon delivery, if a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign and take delivery for you. Deliveries that require a signature will not normally be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or your local collection office then a card should be put through your door stating so.
